AgentIA may collect the following types of data:

  • Voluntarily provided data: name, email, job role, company, information about created agents, uploaded files.
  • Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, usage logs, analytics.
  • Usage-generated data: created prompts, automated flows, action history.

Purpose of Processing

The collected data is used to:

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Personalize user experience
  • Communicate with the user (notifications, updates, support)
  • Analyze system usage for future improvements
  • Ensure platform security

Data Storage & Retention

We store data using service providers that support AgentIA's application, database, authentication, and email workflows, including Vercel, Neon, Clerk, Brevo, and MailerLite. Depending on the feature used, data may be processed in the EEA and, for some providers, in other jurisdictions subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.

Retention approach:

  • Account data: retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards when needed for deletion handling, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
  • Agent configurations and request data: retained until deleted by the user, removed on request, or no longer needed to provide the service.
  • Security and operational logs: retained for a limited period aligned with security, abuse-prevention, and troubleshooting needs.
  • Optional analytics data: retained according to the configured provider settings, and collected only when optional analytics is enabled and you have given consent.

Sharing with Third Parties

AgentIA does not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with:

  • Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, email, software providers)
  • Competent authorities in case of legal obligation

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use necessary cookies for authentication, session continuity, and access control. Optional analytics scripts or cookies are loaded only when analytics is enabled for the site and you explicitly accept them. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent you from using the core website features.

GDPR Role & Legal Basis

Under the GDPR, AgentIA may act either as a Data Controller or a Data Processor, depending on the feature used:

  • Data Controller: for account registration, authentication, access requests, direct communications, security logs, and optional analytics collected from visitors or users of the AgentIA website.
  • Data Processor: where customers use the platform to submit or structure business data and AgentIA processes that data on the customer's documented instructions.

Legal bases for processing may include:

  • Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)): where processing is necessary to provide the requested service.
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): for security, fraud prevention, service reliability, and limited product improvement.
  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): for optional analytics cookies/scripts and marketing communications where applicable.
